Front Office Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to manage daily front desk operations at D’More Dhaka Hotel & Resort. The role includes handling guest service, maintaining inventory control related to front office supplies, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure a high standard of hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise front office operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, maintain inventory of front desk supplies, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with other departments. Ensure effective teamwork and deliver excellent guest service standards at all times.

• Supervise daily front office operations Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out process Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally Maintain front office inventory and supply management Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Ensure proper shift handover and daily reporting Train, guide, and support front desk staff Maintain guest service standards and hotel policies Ensure effective teamwork and smooth communication within the team Handle reservation management and update booking systems accurately
